Visit Site

To support its mission of showcasing Aurora as a premier meetings and leisure travel destination, Visit Aurora partnered with Tempest to completely reimagine its website design. The fresh design empowers the Visit Aurora sales team to better answer the question “Why meet in Aurora?” The new website platform also allows Visit Aurora to connect with its local community, serving as a hub for locals to discover events, things to do, and new developments happening right in their backyard.

Visitors to the new site are immersed in the Aurora experience right away through full-bleed, large format photography. Mobile-first navigation menus and a streamlined information architecture allow different audiences to quickly and easily find the most inspiring and helpful content for their needs. The new website is built on the Craft 3 Content Management System, with dynamic layouts and the flexibility to make every new piece of content look and feel as sophisticated and engaging as the homepage. The Visit Aurora website is also fully integrated with the iDSS Cyclone CRM System to highlight area hotels, meeting spaces, and businesses.

Aurora has grown as a destination, and now our website makes it easy to showcase our hotel properties, partners, and local restaurants. The Tempest team made the entire experience feel collaborative, they really responded to our needs.
