Niagara Falls USA partnered with Tempest to articulate its newly-developed brand on the web and tell the story of the destination in a way that piques the curiosity of visitors, strengthens local businesses, and drives economic development in the region. The creative process needed to capture not just the character of the falls, but the character of all the communities within the county and their unique assets that contribute to the travel experience in the region. 

To achieve this, The Niagara Falls USA brand and digital presence was completely reimagined with a new focus on the brand experience. The new website encourages exploration through immersive video, imagery, visuals, storytelling and interactive features such as next-generation mapping and trip planning functionality. By creating an experience of adventure online, the new Niagara USA website positions the destination as an up close and personal way to experience one of the world’s most iconic natural wonders. The site showcases the emotional quality of the destination, connecting the visitor to all of the activities in the region.


The website along with the new brand reflects everything that makes our region an iconic must-visit destination. I am especially proud of the hard-working and incredibly creative team that worked tirelessly to bring this vision to life.
