We are looking for a passionate, creative, strategic SEO professional to join our team. You will team up with our account services, creative, web, paid, and content teams to make a positive impact on our client’s website success.
You are a great communicator and excel not only at identifying SEO opportunities but you know how to make the magic happen. You can coordinate across multiple teams and disciplines to create executable tactical roadmaps and see the work through to execution whether you are executing or working with other team members for executions.
You are just as comfortable sharing your thoughts in an ideation session with our creative team as you are getting technical with our web development team as well as pitching new ideas to our executive team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to dig deep into the data across hundreds of websites in a single vertical (tourism of course) to identify trends, opportunities and then develop strategies, investments and tactics that are repeatable and sustainable.
A day in the life of a SEO Manager at Tempest may involve
Perform website Audit sites with tactical plans as a deliverable
Deep dive into keyword and competitive research to develop new strategies and tactics
Work with content team to develop tactical editorial calendars and evergreen content
Work with Web development team to ensure code follows SEO best practices
Backlink research to identify linking opportunities
Working with internal and external link building teams to execute off-site strategies
Work with account executive team to on monthly report messaging on strategies and opportunities
