As a Senior Project Manager you will be the primary client point of contact from the initial requirements phase, through final website testing and launch. You will work closely with our web development team as well as our integrated marketing services team to deliver web experiences.

Establish relationships with clients built on trust by delivering clear, consistent and accurate communication.
Effectively manage multiple web projects at once, keeping them on time, within budget, and ensuring our clients are happy.
Provide CMS trainings via screen share web conferences and the occasional client on site, in-person CMS training.
Learn and become an expert in Craft CMS through onboarding program and continued learning.
Travel up to 15%
Organized, detail-oriented, and great at follow-through, internally with the web development team and externally with our clients.
Critical thinking skills with creative, detailed, and client-oriented approach to proactive identification and resolution of issues.
Minimum 5 years experience managing large, complex, data driven websites.
Must have the ability to organize priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic, client-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Apps for business.
Proficiency in web based project management tools such as Jira, DoneDone, Basecamp, etc.
Proficiency with web analytics (Google Analytics)
Proficiency with best practices for Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
CRM experience (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics). Tourism-focused CRM experience a plus (iDSS, Simpleview, Ungerboeck).
Experience working with a web CMS (preferred Craft CMS or ExpressionEngine).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
