Client Success Specialist, iDSS Destination Cloud

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an organized, client-focused Success Specialist to own the post-go-live relationship for a portfolio of iDSS Destination Cloud accounts.

You will play a key role within the Client Success team, partnering with Onboarding, Product, and Support to ensure clients realize ongoing value from the platform, adoption stays strong, and renewal and expansion opportunities are identified early. This role blends account management, platform strategy, client advocacy, and relationship building.

The ideal candidate is proactive, consultative, and comfortable managing a diverse portfolio of accounts while keeping a strong focus on client outcomes and platform adoption.

A day in the life of a Client Success Specialist at Tempest

• Own the ongoing relationship for an assigned portfolio of clients following go-live
• Monitor account health, usage, and adoption trends across the portfolio
• Conduct regular business reviews to align on goals and platform value Identify risk signals early and drive proactive resolution
• Partner with Support to ensure timely resolution of client issues
• Surface expansion and renewal opportunities in partnership with commercial leadership
• Advocate for client needs with Product and Engineering teams
• Guide clients on best practices and new feature adoption Maintain accurate account records and health status documentation
• Coordinate internal teams to support client goals and escalations Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic account guidance
• End-to-end client relationship for an assigned account portfolio
• Account health, adoption, and retention outcomes
• Business reviews and ongoing engagement cadence
• Renewal readiness and expansion opportunity identification
• Client advocacy and feedback loop
• Product Risk identification and escalation management
• Ensuring clients achieve sustainable, long-term value from the platform

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Apps for Business
• Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Professional communication style in email, phone and in person
• Positive attitude
• Experience managing client relationships, accounts, or SaaS customer success
• Strong relationship-building and consultative communication skills
• Excellent client-facing communication skills
• Ability to translate client goals into platform strategy
• Experience conducting business reviews or account planning sessions
• Comfortable managing a diverse portfolio of accounts
• Ability to identify risk early and drive resolution
• Experience with CRM or Client Success tools such as Jira is a plus
• Knowledge of DMO Specific CRM or SaaS platforms preferred
• Team-first mindset with strong collaboration skills
