The Tempest team is growing and we are looking for new members for our Interactive Marketing Team. The Interactive Marketing Team is responsible for designing, marketing, and managing our client websites across the tourism industry.
As an Ad Operations Analyst, you will work directly with our Digital Operations Director to ensure the timely delivery of advertisements across our client websites.

Coordinating, monitoring, and managing all online advertisements across our client websites.
Ensuring that campaigns are launched and ended on time.
Monitoring campaign performance and conducting website audits.
Troubleshooting issues with campaign delivery and performance.
Analyzing existing ad campaigns and providing well thought out recommendations in a professional format.
Setting up A/B tests on multiple advertising assets, and reporting on results.
Accountability for accuracy and quality of assignments by checking details of all advertising campaigns, time-sensitive deadlines and other projects.
Provide monthly reporting for all clients and advertisers.
Proficiency with Google Ad Manager.
Proficiency with Google Analytics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps for business.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Organized, detail-oriented and great at follow through, internally with the IMS team and externally with our clients.
Excellent attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and the ability to take ownership.
Effective time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments.
Proficiency working with a web CMS (preferred Craft CMS or ExpressionEngine)
HTML/JS proficiency/experience to be able to troubleshoot ad configuration issues.
Experience preparing and presenting reports and presentations to clients.
