Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a detail-oriented, empathetic, and motivated Account Coordinator to join our Account Services team. As Account Coordinator, you will work closely with our Account Management team to manage day-to-day creative, content development, SEO, and analytical tasks for our integrated marketing services clients. You will use your strong multitasking and organizational skills to ensure our client’s websites and campaigns meet the highest standards in digital marketing to deliver maximum impact online.
The ideal Account Coordinator candidate thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and collaborates well with project team members to ensure on-time delivery of account tasks and a high degree of client satisfaction. Their attention to detail ensures internal agency teams have comprehensive and well-documented requirements for tasks, and their strong interpersonal skills allows them to work collaboratively with colleagues to help execute tasks on time and help foster strong relationships with our clients.
A day in the life of an Account Coordinator at Tempest may include
Managing workflow of day-to-day duties for assigned client accounts
Securing client approval on content development, creative recommendations, and other action items in a timely manner
Drafting call agendas and prioritizing areas of focus for client conversations
Detailed documentation of discussion topics during client-facing meetings and timely follow-up on action items
Proactively communicating the status of ongoing projects to clients
Documenting client feedback and prioritizing needs to internal teams
Proofreading all content and creative materials
General support for account management team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently, and manage a variety of requests and competing priorities
Good interpersonal skills, good listener and creative problem solver
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Apps for business
BA/BS Degree
