Key Benefits
✓ Visibility in a platform trusted by thousands of event professionals
✓ Confidence that planners see accurate, up-to-date destination information
✓ A new way to support planners during research and sourcing
How Does It Work?
DestinAItor is a SaaS platform co-developed by PCMA and dFakto that leverages generative AI to transform how events professionals search for and evaluate destinations and venues. Using verified, comprehensive data, it bridges destinations and event professionals, supporting informed planning and delivering visibility insights to destinations and venues. The AI-powered venue search tool is also accessed within PCMA’s Spark — used by more than 12,000 business event professionals.
Opting in to the integration is completely free, and allows your destination organization to securely share meeting and event venue listings with the platform to ensure planners are always seeing accurate, reliable, and up-to-date information, coming straight from the source (you). It also allows your organization/destination to easily expand potential reach to meeting planners that may not have considered your destination otherwise. Only meeting planning data that is stored in iDSS and/or hosted on your website will be shared (such as venue capacities, amenities, etc.) — no leads or other confidential information is accessed as part of this program.
After you opt in for the initial data sync, you can pursue a “Verified” badge by subscribing to DestinAItor — use the authentication link to subscribe, or visit the DestinAItor site to learn more. Subscribers can control the narrative by updating Tempest-synced data, add richer details, and access analytics that reveal how your destination appears in planner searches to sharpen sales and marketing.
